Fact Check
Upon checking the website of Nepal Office of the PM and Council of Ministers it was found that neither have the above-mentioned ministers resigned, nor gave any statement against MCC or PM Deuba.

Conclusion
After deeply investigating the claim made by an independent YouTube channel, our forensic team has found that no resignations were submitted by any Minister in Nepal amid the MCC protest. YouTube channels mentioned five ministers’ names and claimed that they have resigned, but our check on Council of ministers revealed that all of them are still serving. Circulating such news is an attempt to mislead general public and create chaos amidst ongoing situation in Nepal.
